Q: How long will it take to receive my order?


A: All LUNR products are made to order, so please allow 7–14 business days for production and shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?


A: We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Q: What materials are used in your prints and merchandise?


A: Our prints use high-quality archival paper and inks for vibrant, long-lasting images. Apparel is made from soft, durable fabrics selected for comfort and quality.

Q: How should I care for my print or merchandise?


A: Prints should be kept out of direct sunlight to preserve colors. Apparel is machine washable—please follow the care instructions on the label.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?


A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?


A: Because items are made to order, we can only cancel or change orders within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
