Each product offered through LUNRprints is made specifically for you, on demand, using your selected size, color, and Moon image. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error in your order.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives with:

  • Visible damage
  • A printing or production defect
  • The wrong item or size

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at lunrprints@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
  2. Weโ€™ll review your request and offer a replacement or full refund if eligible.

โŒ Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size or item by mistake
  • Buyerโ€™s remorse
  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

Please double-check your order before placing it.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If your package appears lost in transit:
